The first time one of our Bitcoin ATMs is used, each user creates a PIN that they use in the future to log in to the machine.
If you have forgotten your PIN code, you should contact EasyBit support to have it reset.
Always force the customer to set up their own PIN, don’t manually set a number and give it to them. (i.e. make them re-enroll). Also, make sure it is actually the customer himself and not someone else before re-enroll his account.
