Once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, we hold no control over what the customer does with the bitcoins.
Bitcoins purchased from the ATM are shown in the public blockchain ledger as transferred from the ATM, Easybit holds no longer control nor responsibility for those funds.
Here’s an example answer to a customer insisting he wants a refund of his bitcoins for any reason. This can be a problem of the customer’s wallet and, again, once our ATMs transaction has been confirmed, we hold no responsibility for it.
“My apologies but we can not refund the transaction because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, this means we have no longer control over the Bitcoins once they are transferred from the ATM’s wallet. As you can see in blockchain, the transaction went through, which means that the issue you are having is either with your wallet provider or the website you sent bitcoins to, not with the Easybit ATM. You will have to contact your wallet provider or the website you sent the bitcoins to. You should ask them why your bitcoins are not showing in your balance.
Sorry, but I must be clear about this. Once bitcoins are shown in the public blockchain ledger as transferred from the ATM, Easybit holds no longer control nor responsibility for those funds.”
