If your machine is offline, you can follow the next steps:
- Tap the screen, it could just be the screen saver.
- Is the machine plugged into the wall? (Please do not unplug the machine from the wall in an attempt to reset it).
- Is the machine plugged into the internet or connected to your wifi (have you recently changed passwords or provider)?
